Glenn Brown - Rembrandt: After Life
Glenn Brown is internationally renowned for his intriguing and confrontational works, which are usually inspired by the work of Old Masters, Rembrandt among them. Brown appropriates and subverts the work of Rembrandt and his contemporaries with merciless audacity. He is making new work especially for the exhibition (paintings, drawings and etchings), which will be shown for the first time.
The book is bilingual: Dutch and English. 77 pages, many full colour reproductions. Two articles by Hans den Hartog Jager en David de Witt.
